Fantasy Summary
Alex Green is a mobile and sizable defenseman. His offensive zone contributions are limited by his puck handling skills but transitions with strength and great vision, could become a top-6 NHL defenseman.

June 2018 – The Lightning dipped their toes into the overager pool with their fourth-round selection in the 2018 draft by selecting Alex Green from Cornell at 121 overall. Green isn’t an elite offensive talent, but is capable of moving the puck through the neutral zone effectively. His current stature is that of an NHL level defender but without a certain NHL future, we’ll likely see Green finish his college career at Cornell prior to signing an ELC. Brayden Olafson
