Observations:
March 2017 – Murray is a depth professional goaltender for the Sharks organization and is serving as the backup with the ECHL’s Allen Americans. Murray was a four-year standout with Babson College in NCAA Division III hockey. After his freshman year, Murray never posted a goals-against average over 1.68 nor a save percentage less that .940. Murray is a very acrobatic netminder and wants to stop every shot. At the Sharks development and rookie camps, he would appear to get rattled after letting a few goals in during drills and left his fundamentals. He has seen time as a backup with the Barracuda this year but has yet to make his AHL debut. Zachary DeVine
Fantasy Outlook: D+
Murray is providing depth in the pro ranks. Time will tell if he continues to the AHL level.
