Josh Brittain, LW |

Shoots: L |
Height: 6-4 |
Weight: 210 |
Born: 1990-1-3 |
Hometown: Milton, Ont. |
Drafted: 2008 3rd round 71st overall – Anaheim Ducks |
Observations:
March 2013– Brittain is having a bit of a lackluster season especially in his offensive production. With this being his third season with Norfolk, he’s not earning himself any true opportunity to make the jump from the AHL to the big show. Unless things change drastically, he’s going to be a perennial third line player in the AHL and holds no fantasy value. Tim Graveline
March 2012 – Brittain was given the genetic gift of physical size and somewhat decent set of hands, although lacks the true offensive ability to make his name in the NHL. Strong on the puck and isn’t afraid to throw as a great teammate and energy guy. Currently is struggling to play consistent at AHL level in Syracuse and has seen time the last two pro seasons down in the ECHL with Elmira, so Anaheim is a long shot right now.
Fantasy Outlook: D-
Brittain is a long-term project to play full-time in the NHL. Has size, but little offensive skill.
