March 2013 – Now in his third year as a pro, Crawford’s offense hasn’t improved one iota. A potential third pairing shutdown guy at best. – Dobber
February 2012 – Crawford is entering his second professional season with Sabres organization. A sixth rounder who is really a long-shot to be a regular in Buffalo. Although in his final OHL season split between Saginaw and Barrie, he was a point-per-game blue liner. Perhaps the Sabres will be calling on his offensive ability, yet not anytime soon. – Russ Bitely
No offensive upside, and very unlikely to come back to the NHL.
