Observations:
February 2012 – Foligno has the hockey bloodline in his favor with brother, Nick, playing with the Ottawa Senators and his father (Mike) a former first rounder playing over 1,000 games in NHL with Red Wings, Sabres, Leafs, and Panthers. Marcus is known as a great leader both on and off the ice always showing his physical presence. Steadily improved his production throughout his four-year OHL career with the Sudbury Wolves. Won a silver medal at the 2011 World Junior Championships with Canada.
Fantasy Outlook: B-
Foligno has some upside and similar game to his older brother liking the physical aspects, but also value to become a steady two-way player in the NHL.
